In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Jonesborough, Tennessee, in the cause styled case, Mary Lockett v. Marc Keven Runyan, Sr., AKA Mark K. Runyan, Civil Action Number 19-DM-0305, The Clerk and Master will on Saturday, May 30, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., ON THE PREMISIS, sell that property described as 1311 Clearview Drive, Johnson City, TN 37604, subject to confirmation by the Court, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption, with all faults, not subject to raised bids and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property interest described as follows:

Terms of Sale

The highest bidder shall tender on the day of sale 10% as down payment. The remainder of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days of the sale confirmation.

The property will be available to view for one hour prior to the sale, and an open house will be held on May 29, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Any judgment liens against the property shall be paid from the proceeds of the sale and may affect the starting price on the day of sale.

PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES, AND WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS BEING MADE AS TO THE STATE OF THE TITLE OR THE ACCURACY OF THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERYT, AS WELL AS SOLD SUBJECT TO ANY LEASEOHOLD INTERESTS AND/OR ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS. A letter of credit is required to pay by personal check. Said property will also be sold subject to any rights-of-way and easements, applicable building/zoning regulations, any restrictive covenants, as well as any defects including structural defects and/or contamination, if any, which may exist.
