In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Jonesborough, Tennessee, in the above-styled cause, I will on Saturday the 26th  day of October 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m., ON THE PREMISIS, SELL that property described as 411 Conklin Road, Jonesborough, Tennessee on a credit of not less than six (6) month, nor more than 2 years, and upon confirmation by the court, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption, with all faults, not subject to raised bids and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property interest described herein, filed in the above referenced cause, and located in the 5th Civil District of Washington County, Tennessee.

 

Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Washington County, at least and specifically the ORDER, filed June 24, 2019, and entered in Minute Book 355, Page 815.  Sarah Lawson is ordered to sell, as Clerk and Master, the real property, described as follows:

 

BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the westerly boundary of Conklin Road, said iron pin being the southeast comer of Medlin (Deed Book 700, page 348); thence with the boundary of Conklin, South 02 degrees 02 minutes East, 259 .55 feet to an iron pin; thence North 79 degrees 20 minutes 58 seconds West, 101.90 feet to an iron pin set in the line of Medlin (Roll 12, Image 1062); thence with the line of Medlin, North 00 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West, 241.00 feet to a point in the line of Medlin; thence with the line of Medlin, South 89 degrees 43 minutes 21 seconds East, 91 .40 feet to the point of BEGINNING and containing .55 of an acre, more or less, as shown on survey drawn by Joseph G. McCoy, III, RLS #1430, dated June 11, 1993 to which reference is here made for a more full and complete description thereof.

 

AND BEING the same property conveyed from Laura L. Stierheim to Joe A. Talton, by deed dated the 18th day of June, 1993, recorded in the Register’s Office for Washington County, Tennessee on Roll 33, Image 1342, to which reference is here made.
