Notice of City Tax Liens

the following properties on the upcoming tax sale list have or could have additional charges added to the 2024/2025 bills due to mow, cleanup, and/or demolition charges:

  • Anliot Patricia M, 310 Delaware St. – Lien for mowing and demolition added August 19, 2024 to 2023-822 046-O H 018.00 in the amount of $249.00 + interest. Lien for mowing and demolition added September 15, 2025 to 2024-820 046-O H 018.00 September 15, 2025 in the amount of $25,703.79 + interest.
  • Davison Nellie & Erwin, 1131 E Main St. – Lien for mowing and demolition added March 29, 2024 to 2023-6824 047-I A 023.00 in the amount of $264.00 + interest.   
  • Moffitt Stephen, 114 W Unaka Ave – Lien for mow/clean up added June 18, 2024 to 2023-18513 046-K J 036.00 in the amount of $391.29 + interest. Lien for mow/clean up added September 9, 2024 to 2023-18513 046-K J 036.00 in the amount of $391.03 + interest.
  • Neal Chris, 2301 W Walnut St. – Lien for mowing and demolition added October 6, 2025 to 2025-19586 054-I D 008.00 in the amount of $549.00.

THESE AMOUNTS WILL NOT BE COLLECTED AS PART OF THE DELINQUENT TAX SALE FOR 2023. However, these amounts may be paid from overage if any exists after the sale. If you are the winner of one of these properties, check with the Clerk and Master before paying any other tax liens.
